Nope. It Does Not Compute

I have been trying to make some sort of sense about yesterday’s riot. Things went far too smoothly for the rioters to get inside the building. A good plot point, if this was a FICTIONAL story, would be someone -or several someones- on the inside helping. It would need to be a high ranking security official…for the story…the FICTIONAL story. But yesterday wasn’t fictional at all.

Nope. It still doesn’t make sense.

It also makes me nauseous.

About Henrietta Handy

I have returned home to the mountains. No more am I "a mountain-girl far from home." Diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis at 2 1/2, I understand pain, fatigue, laughter, joy, and love all while on crutches and in wheelchairs. This blog is just about me, mostly the writing side, but there are forays into so many different topics. I am married to a wonderful husband who puts up with my writing, knitting, yarn, with the love of a saint. We have fur babies, and one cat who rules us all.

I keep thinking about that plot point. This rally has been advertised for weeks and Trump was not changing his fraud charges. How could the Capitol be so lightly guarded? Hmmm…to be continued
