Off To Work I Go!

The sun is shining and the shade has come over the house.  My niece, Melody, had a couple of workers come in and help her get the big things moved and the house is unrecognizable from what it was!  I am simply amazed at what was done in one day by everyone!  Thank you each and every one, not only from me, but from The Husband, too!

Today I am trying a different spot in the house to try to see if I can use some of the house Wi Fi.  I don’t expect there to be any difference, but, it doesn’t hurt to try.  Nothing else in the house is running any data from the modem.  Fingers crossed.

It is a little better, but if anything needs to seriously be done, I will need to switch back over to my phone.  At least the phone can charge now.

It is looking as though everything that needs to be changed over has, and now I just need to go through so many Internet areas and change addresses, etc.  This feels like a huge chore, but it really isn’t.  I don’t want to go to each website and change just a pinch here and there to make everything groove again with as least fuss and fumble as possible.

In writing news – Now things are settled and there are several places for me to write without having to be stuck in one place, creativity is flowing, BUT: notes, my password book, a couple of journals need to be located before everything concerning OCD serial killer and pen pal gets out.  I know where their bags and boxes are.  I just need help getting them. One day at a time a box gets unloaded.  Breathe in.  Breathe out.  However, the current draft is saved on The Cloud and on a thumb drive.  It is safe!

So!  I found notes for the fantasy novel planned up for the follow-up writing project, and this is what I am going to concentrate on for the next six weeks.  It is going to be my first stab at writing Young Adult Fiction.  Part of me is nervous and I am reading as much as I can about age-groups and appropriateness of language.  The story itself isn’t a simple one to tell as far as mechanics is concerned.  Off to work I go!

P.S.  Posts won’t have a lot of pictures for a bit until there is more broadband speed from home, but will still be able to post pictures and posts from the phone.   HH

I have returned home to the mountains. No more am I "a mountain-girl far from home." Diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis at 2 1/2, I understand pain, fatigue, laughter, joy, and love all while on crutches and in wheelchairs. This blog is just about me, mostly the writing side, but there are forays into so many different topics. I am married to a wonderful husband who puts up with my writing, knitting, yarn, with the love of a saint. We have fur babies, and one cat who rules us all.
