You Can See This, Right?

Since posting Thoughts on November 20th, there were almost daily programmingposts…which weren’t visible.  After many e-mails with WordPress and lots of “works”, the problem, I hope, is fixed.  The bad in this is the posts I made previously are gone.  They aren’t showing up in drafts, published, or any list.  Like a goober, I happily just posted without putting the article in/on a word document prior to posting so….  Lesson learned.

At first I was really upset, of course.  I was also afraid the powers-that-be at WordPress would merely hem-haw around with helping because KMGN is a “free” blog.  I am happy to say I was totally worried for nothing!  People jumped onto the problem and in just a day, maybe two, had me up and running again.  And, hopefully, you all are reading this and I am once again, as they say, “back in business.”

In other, happy, more mundane news, this Thanksgiving is going to be relatively quiet for The Husband and me.  Our roommates are both having to work on Thanksgiving and following days.  This means The Husband is cooking for us and them.

Once things began to change, they began to change in many different ways, too.  Now physical therapy is coming to the house to help me keep moving.  Today was said first session and I must admit it was a super workout.  It not only worked my body, but gave me a good feeling about this entire experiment.  The physical therapist is tiny, but she was prepared to go down with me in case there was a fall.  She earned my respect.  Plus, “PTM” is interested in helping me further my qi gong practices and stood by while I did some moves and a little standing meditation.

PTM immediately came up with ideas to help me obtain my goal of moving and standing for 45 minutes by January because, on our wedding anniversary, I’d love to be able to have a slow dance with The Husband.  We haven’t been able to dance because of my health for a number of years, and this is something I need to correct.  It may only be one dance, but it will be a dance.

Time to delve back into the ink mines for a bit.

Hope everyone has a fantastic Thanksgiving!

A 70+ year-old acquaintance of mine LEARNED to dance so that he could do so on his wedding day with his second wife (who was also his sweetheart in his early 20s, but one of the families disapproved). So, joy to dancing!
