Today has been a day of figuring out budgets and numbers and trying to get the characters in the WHRT to co-operate with me. I gave up on WHRT half way through and decided I would concentrate on getting some numbers arranged for the taxes. Surprisingly, the numbers for the taxes went much smoother than the characters and current work in progress. Will I be changing my life’s calling to numbers and taxes in the near future? Nope. Today was just a better day for the numbers than for the words.
Along with words, numbers, taxes, and the general grind of unhappy joints, today was also a day for playing Dark Souls. It is one of the hardest video games I have ever played. Not only are the bosses hard, but the ordinary mooks are difficult. What’s more, the game actually figures out how you play and changes things accordingly. I am hooked on the game and am determined to see it through. It is the perfect relaxation tool for when words and numbers get to a person. There is also a Dark Souls II out there in the world, and as soon as I have money, whether I am finished with the original, I am purchasing!
