Today has been a busy day for organizing written material and getting mundane things done, like making calls and checking out the e-library from the local library here.
The most amazing thing about today, so far, is discovering a number of books available for check-out to the Kindle and Nook. I am going to start availing myself of these tools. I am also going to check out the university’s (University of Kentucky) library system as well and see about checking out some research materials via Kindle and Nook. The arctic temperatures encourages getting as much done over the Internet as possible.
The ink mines are going well today. I am discovering even more surprises with the ghost story. The twists and turns of this story are actually causing me to take notes so I can keep all the ends at least together so, hopefully, by the end of the story, they will be tied up and move flawlessly like Pink did last night on The 56th Grammy Awards Show.
Pink’s performance was epic! At first I didn’t think she was singing while doing the acrobatic moves, but SHE WAS! Pink stole the show for me. One thing you can say about Pink is “She is one strong woman.”
If you didn’t get to see her performance, please look for it on YouTube or somewhere! It will blow you away!
In other news, the arctic temps have returned to Lexington, KY. The pressure change is causing the pain to increase in my joints. It is “uncomfortable” but par for the course, really. However, I have decided that, since being shut in for most of this winter, when the thaw comes and temps settle on the warmer side I am going out a lot! Hopefully this will help encourage Willie to learn more commands so he can go with me.
There really is a lot to do in my world. 🙂
