NaNoWriMo has begun wonderfully. I am a little behind on where I should be with the word count on day 2, but this can be made up if necessary. I am actually quite pleased with how the story is turning out. Some reviews I have received on Critique Circle have helped me with my writing over-all. Sometimes you just need to be reminded of the things you do right and to take out some unnecessary fluff.

Having so much writing to do really does seem to get my adrenaline going and settle things inside me. It seems I am never more happier than when I am challenged as I am now! I couldn’t ask for a better thing, other than for the pain to decrease considerably, or down to not-much-news. Still, even the pain can’t keep me from enjoying today and the accomplishment of the writing day today.

Anywho, here is the word count for the fantasy novel for NaNoWriMo:

About Henrietta Handy

I have returned home to the mountains. No more am I "a mountain-girl far from home." Diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis at 2 1/2, I understand pain, fatigue, laughter, joy, and love all while on crutches and in wheelchairs. This blog is just about me, mostly the writing side, but there are forays into so many different topics. I am married to a wonderful husband who puts up with my writing, knitting, yarn, with the love of a saint. We have fur babies, and one cat who rules us all.

I definitely liked this blog. I believe your subject matter is actually really great. 🙂 Yet I noticed the write-up headline a little mundane! I believe you definitely could enhance on the headline by referencing just how the finest writers execute it. This is actually a shame that you really don’t get sufficient visibility only because of your post titles. Also, why are there countless spammers over here commenting on the post?

  2. Today, I went to the beach with my kids. I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She put the shell to her ear and screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear. She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is totally off topic but I had to tell someone!
