Snow and Readings

This is a picture from my back door out  my back yard.  It is amazing how often I end up taking pictures of the little storage “barn” out there.  This photo was just so pretty!  It almost looks like it is in the middle of the country somewhere instead of a city!
Below are the readings for yesterday and today.  I want to apologize for not getting the readings out here yesterday:  My entire day got thrown off.  I didn’t get a lot of things done I normally do through the day any more.  I’m still keeping up the schedule and the readings myself!  It is truly a challenge and a discipline to do the readings every day, at least for me.  Hopefully this will get me into the full habit of reading the Bible every day.

About Henrietta Handy

I have returned home to the mountains. No more am I "a mountain-girl far from home." Diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis at 2 1/2, I understand pain, fatigue, laughter, joy, and love all while on crutches and in wheelchairs. This blog is just about me, mostly the writing side, but there are forays into so many different topics. I am married to a wonderful husband who puts up with my writing, knitting, yarn, with the love of a saint. We have fur babies, and one cat who rules us all.

1 Response to Snow and Readings

  1. Today, I went to the beach with my kids. I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She put the shell to her ear and screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear. She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is entirely off topic but I had to tell someone!
